when will my items ship?

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

domestic shipping

We provide free USPS shipping on all domestic orders over $25. For orders under $25, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $3. We also offer a shipping option via UPS. Orders are processed and shipped within three business days of payment. Please keep in mind that USPS First-Class packages typically take 3–7 days to arrive.

Estimated shipping times for all methods, including USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, do not account for the processing period, which may take up to three business days.

In our commitment to sustainability, we strive to minimize waste whenever possible. Most of our shipments are packaged poly mailers that are recyclable and reusable. 

international shipping

International delivery times vary depending on the country. We have USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and DHL Express options to choose from.

returns 

We gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.

  • Personalized and/or Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Free gifts with purchase should be returned along with merchandise returns.
  • USPS return shipping is $6.99; return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • We waive return shipping charges one time if an exchange order is placed.
  • Refunds will be processed once your order has been delivered to our Return Center and inspected. 
  • Refunds go back to your original form of payment and do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order.
  • We will email you when your refund has been processed; please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account.
  • Returns are available within 30 days of the purchase date.

        exchanges

        Unfortunately, we are not able to offer direct exchanges by mail. To replace an item, return the original item and then purchase a new one in a separate transaction. If you need assistance with this process, contact us at happy@thekkproject.com

        Please note: Clearance or discontinued items in different colors or sizes than originally purchased may not be available for the same price.
